Slice™ Fabriqué Tips for Optimal Use

- For best results, replace your blade regularly. The blade needs to be replaced when the fabric begins to fray while cutting with Slice™ Fabriqué.
- For thicker materials, be sure to adjust your blade housing ¾ of a turn to the left (counter- clockwise). This lowers the blade to allow Slice™ Fabriqué to cut through thicker materials.
- Make sure Slice™ Fabriqué is in “Cutting” mode in the settings when cutting and in “Embossing/Drawing” mode when embossing or drawing.
- Make sure you apply adhesive regularly when using Slice™ Fabriqué to cut fabric. After several uses it is a good idea to clean your mat (see "Cleaning Slice™ Fabriqué" in “Basic Care”). Slice™ Fabriqué has a repositionable spray adhesive (sold separately) that works great with fabric. It’s easy to apply and dries immediately.
