Adjusting the Blade PressureThe blade pressure only needs to be adjusted if the blade is only scoring or not cutting all the way through the paper.Note: Over adjusting and under adjusting the blade can cause variation in cut quality. Issue A: Some lines do not cut completely through the paper. The blade scores that paper but does not cut completely through. Solutions: 1. Ensure the SLICE&trade is completely charged or plugged in. 2. Replace the blade. 3. INCREASE the blade pressure by using the blade adjustment wrench - turn blade 1/4 turn counter-clockwise. Issue B: Some or all lines do not cut. Solutions: 1. Ensure the SLICE&trade is completely charged or plugged in. 4. DECREASE the blade pressure by using the blade adjustment wrench -turn blade 1/4 turn clockwise. |
